The Garden Continuum (www.thegardencontinuum.com), a local landscape design and construction firm was asked recently to create a usable play area on a steep hillside behind a private residence. Surrounded by conservation land, access to the work area was so limited, the landscaper planned to use a crane to hoist the 200 ton of top soil to the site. This operation was expected to last 3 days or more, and would have resulted in 200 picks over the house.
When a colleague suggested the Telebelt as an alternative method, the landscaper made a call that saved the project. A jobsite meeting laid out the plan of attack, and several days later, the Telebelt arrived on site. By the end of the day, all of the soil was in place, as the material was efficiently conveyed to the top of the hill along the side of the home. The three day job was safely completed in one day, with significant time and equipment rental savings! That's "The Telebelt Advantage".
