One call to Guerini answered all of J.F. White Contracting Company's material placement questions on a large power plant project in Weymouth, MA. The foundation consisted of a series of large foundation mats of over 1,000 cu. yds. each. The course 1 ½" mix design was easily placed by the Telebelt at rates in excess of 300cu. yds. per hour. A 36 meter boom pump also easily pumped the difficult mix as it teamed up with the Telebelt on large pours.
In addition to concrete, the contractor also used the Telebelt to convey fine and coarse aggregate to inaccessible areas throughout the project.
